Are you overeating because you are compensating for something unpleasant, when you are bored or lonely, or to replace sexual attention or a need to feel loved? Or is it because you are rewarding yourself for a job well done or to entertain yourself.

The reasons for overeating are in the subconscious mind. Through hypnosis and other powerful techniques, these negative behaviors can be replaced for more positive healthy behaviors. An individual and specialized program will be designed for you to maximise your weight loss results.

Many people find hypnotherapy for smoking an effective treatment. The method works to break the negative behaviours and thinking patterns associated with smoking. The thoughts and behaviors the smoker holds is often what prevents them from successfully giving up.

When you make the decision to stop smoking, the key aspect is to let go of the routine and change your perspective. Breaking the smoking addiction is a challenging change, but hypnotherapy focuses on facilitating this change in a powerful and effective way.

‘Unexplained Infertility’ means that there is no physical reason for a woman to not become pregnant. In this case, stress and a lack of confidence tend to be the top culprits. Negative feelings left unexpressed and/or unresolved hold considerable energy, which can block conception.

Unexpressed negative emotion such as anguish, sexual abuse, guilt or profound shame can also create extreme emotional conflict, affecting every cell in the body and cause compound reproductive problems. More about unexplained infertility.

Stress is caused by an event or thought that makes you feel frustrated, angry or nervous. Common causes include: starting a new job, moving home, getting married, having a child, or relationship break-up. Stress and anxiety are common in people who feel depressed or sad.

Anxiety is a feeling of fear, unease and worry. Many times the source of the symptoms are unknown. In small doses stress can help you get things done. When stress continues for a long time one may develops an anxiety disorder.

A panic attack is a sudden surge of overwhelming anxiety and fear. Your heart pounds and you can’t breathe You feel dizzy and sick to your stomach. You may feel you are dying or going crazy. Left untreated may cause you to withdraw from normal activities.

panic is treatable — and the sooner you seek help the better. With treatment you can eliminate the symptoms of panic quickly and easily and regain control of your life. You will be taught techniques that will benefit you in all aspects of your life.

Depression is a common mental disorder that causes feeling of sadness or despondency; it affects the way a person eats, sleeps and thinks. Depression is not the same as a passing ‘blue mood’. Neither is it a sign of personal weakness or a condition that can be ‘wished away’.

A combination of alternative mind & body techniques, hypnosis and cognitive behavioral therapy have proven highly beneficial in reducing depressive symptoms. We design individualized programs for each client.

We have all experienced anger; it is an emotional state that varies greatly in intensity. Although the instinctive, natural way to express anger is to respond aggressively to a threat, we cannot lash at every source of irritation in our lives.

We aim to help you control your anger, and develop the strategies and mental tools necessary to manage both your feelings and the psychological arousal that anger causes. We use powerful mind-body techniques to quickly help you resolve the problem of uncontrolled anger.

Sleep hypnosis is the effective use of hypnotherapy to address the problems some people have with sleeping . The goal of hynotherapy for enhanced sleep is not to make a person fall asleep during the hypnotherapy sessions itself. Instead, hypnotherapy works to change negative thoughts or habits related to sleep, so that a person can sleep better once the hypnotherapy sessions are complete.

Sleep hypnosis follows the same steps as standard hypnotherapy and involves therapeutic suggestions targeted to encourage sleep. For example, hypnotherapy may encourage a person to feel less anxious about the act of falling asleep or help an individual to follow a more consistent schedule that promotes a deeper sleep.

Holistic Techniques Offers Hope

The Corona Virus pandemic has taken a great toll on society, and the way we function in our everyday lives. There is an invisible invader living among us. It cares not who it attacks, we know not when and if it will strike causing a wide range outbreak leaving death, sickness, the destruction of families and severe economic consequences in its wake. The worst part being is that we think we have no control. Regulations, bans, and laws have come into effect causing confusion and tension not only between people but between states and countries. Social distancing regulations are now the norm, mask bans and hand sanitizers are up front and personal. In addition to the fear of being stricken by this invader many people already suffer from social isolation. I think of the elderly who already live alone and are now faced with their families being unable to visit. Isolation now increasing their fears. The hospitalized patients are alone with no one to whisper “you’ll be ok, hang in there.

Lockdown has caused an increase in anxiety, and loneliness. Reports of anxiety in children is on the rise. We live in fear of the future. The “what if “ syndrome. For Some people it has become debilitating bringing on insomnia, panic disorder, brain fog and depression.

But there is hope. The mind is powerful, with some help you can change your thinking and your perception of the future. You are what you think. With certain applied techniques the skies can be blue again, your world will become brighter and hope will return.
